gardevoir from diamond and pearl--secret wonders 7/132
the question i wanted to ask is about the effect from its attack--Psychic Lock
Psychic Lock does 60 damage and the effect read as followed:
During your opponent's next turn, your opponent can't use any Poke-Powers on his or her pokemon.
So does that mean he or she can't use the Poke-Powers at all? OR
Does it mean he or she can't use Poke-Powers on their own Pokemon?

    Thanks for looking!

It means your partner can not activate the effect of a Poke-Power during his turn from one of his own Pokemon.
This is different to a Poke-Body which is always on and does not need to be activated.

thanks jaimes! im not doubting you what so ever. but i need a second opinion also. so i could prove my question.
