He forgot the quotation marks (which are being used to denote that it is a same-sex 'couple') that are used everywhere else. Nowhere did he say that they had a sexual orientation equivalent to that of a human.

That being said, said 'Gay' penguins aren't gay, never were, etc. One found a mate and has his own chicks, so this thread is now pointless.
