[Other] Gen 3 Hacking Suite refuses to load my ROM

It gives me some sort of foreign error that apparently doesn't exist on the internet. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? Thanks.
As far as any changes I've made, I've added two types into the game and they both work properly.
I've also applied the Physical Special Split patch by DoesntKnowHowToPlay
However these patches work nicely with every other tool I have.

I believe its about ini file...

you will have to edit the ini file if you have edited any tables in the roms...
with tables I meant the data tables..

If you have only edited the types.. then this error shouldnt have occured,

Try editing the ini file with the latest correct table pointers...

My E:\ Drive that this error supposedly originates from is my disk drive though.
Also how would one go about repointing those inis? I've repointed before but don't know what to do in this case
