3rd Gen Gen 3 Trading Question

I'm curious, does a patch exist that allows a player to trade between all the Generation 3 Pokemon games without having to meet the prerequisites for trading in "far away lands"?
More specifically, does a patch exist that can allow a player to trade between Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald to Fire Red and Leaf Green? As it currently stands, a player must do quite a bit of feats in order to trade a pokemon as simple as Ratatta.

Nope. The only way is to complete the specifications; which is to get the two gems etc. That's one of the things I hated about FR/LG. But yeah, no patch that I know of. You could try googling it.

I did, and this is the forum that talked about hacking Pokemon the most. This is why I'm here.

That may be, but posting one of those two threads in the wrong section isn't a good thing. So wish your other thread good luck. This isn't the place to ask with emulation help. Like Lateon said, you do that in Emulation.
