    Hey there,

    I want to redo 3 things in Ultramoon I cant figure out right now

    1.) Changing snow cloak to boosting spez atk instead of lowering accuracy
    2.) Change Hail to boosting Def of Ice Pokemons
    3.) Recreate the Heavy-Duty-Boots

    Pretty sure I have to rescript stuff since it doesnt seem to be changeable in pk3ds.
    Would someone take my hand and lead me through this please? Or explain how I can do this?

    You can try pokemon game editor PGE, if it works for that gen.
