Yes, I know that there is already many good programs for creating good maps for generation II games, but I will do this anyway. First of all, this is for Pokemon Gold and Silver. I am not sure if this works on Crystal. Second, these (so far) come in 2x2 tile squares. A tile is 8 pixels x 8 pixels. And last of all, this is not complete yet, so I will add more tiles/pictures later on as I find them.
