3rd Gen Genderless Nidoran?

Has anyone noticed that in FR/LG, all nidoran, whether theyre male or female, are always genderless. They dont have the pink/blue gender sign like the other pokemon when you check their stats or your party.

In their name it says nidoran*female sighn here* or nidoran*male sighn here*
