Now I have a new problem. XD I want a map feature, kinda like in Pok?mon games, but not to zoom in. I also want a map just to look at, i.e. an event that lets you view a picture, which is the map. I have the map, but it says it's too big. This is a pretty stupid question, but... How do you make a 2058x1512 map small enough for RM2K but still readable? XD I have a backup plan, but I'd like this to work.
 
I got one of those Arena pictures for battles, but I don't know how to use them separately because they're all bunched up. How can I use them separately in RPG Maker 2003?
 
Never mind, I fixed my problem. I just had to set the event to AutoStart, not Parallel Process.

*slaps on forehead*

Just cut them all up and paste each in a seperate file.
I never knew the difference between Auto-Start and Parallel Process, what is it?
Auto start is when the event itself is the only thing that is processed. So you can't move and any other event doesn't work.
Parrallel Process is when the event is processed along with other events. So you can move around and so can other events as well.
 
Thanks, Daegon. But now I have another problem. All of a sudden, when I test play any game with RM2K3, its title screen doesn't show, and the title song doesn't play. Is there a reason for this?
 
I think i know the problem, you know where the testplay botton is next to it is the fullscreen botton, and next to that is the titlescreen botton click on it then your title screen will show .hope that helps. :D
 
Well you cannot rotate picture backwards in rm2k or rm2k3 but it can be done in rmxp... The only other way of doing it in rm2k or rm2k3 is making seperate pictures.

Not really. And now I did press that "Show Title" button, but now the screen is white and the title song still doesn't play.

EDIT: How would I go about making a CMS?

IVE GOT A PROBLEM

When I make a long animation (100-200 frames) And I use it in battle , The damage taken shos before the animation ends.

and when the damage kills the enemy the animation stops before it ends ..

It used to work before , PLEASE HELP ME
 
I knew RM2k(3) sucked...and darkdoom that animation is too long.

You really have an obsession to bash rm2k(3) ever heard of a mental asylum?? you should visit one
On topic i need help cause i need some code to make a elevator system help wpould be appreciated :D
