i am new to hacking and want to know is it possible to add all pokemon from unova and sinnoh in fire red without replacing older pokemon from kanto and johto.if yes pls give the name of tool and how to use it

Yes, it is possible. However, I don't reckon there's a tool for it. There IS a patch that includes all 870 pokemon or so. There's also Jambo's 649 patch. You can use those, I'm sure. Just credit the creators. There's also the whole deal about inserting moves and move animations and so on. But, that's a whole other thing.

The 649 patch of Jambo51 is not available for any hackers, as the creator has personally said.
And, you can try G3HS, it can expand the Pokemon slots (only for Pokemon FireRed).
