OK, I want to start off by stating quite clearly that I am a complete Pokemon novice, having only started playing the game about a month ago, so please...CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, yes I realize that this team is probably not perfection, but this is why I am turning to you guys for some help. Alright, so I want to say right now that this team will not be used competitively, only to battle a certain friend for bragging rights, we've set a no legendry's rule and level capped at 60, so feel free to make appropriate suggestions with your superior knowledge of the game:

    Level 60 Kingdra – Dragon
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hyper Beam
    -Toxic
    -Blizzard

Kingdra initially felt like a good idea due to it's lack of weaknesses, balanced stats and potential variety regarding move sets, however a problem arose (see Feraligatr)

Level 60 Feraligatr – Electric, Grass
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Hydro Pump
    -Earthquake

Now, Feraligatr has a fairly similar set of moves to Kingdra, mostly because I wanted to counter his weaknesses, however I am open to any suggestions for a better Water type, with minimal weaknesses and a larger move pool.

    Level 60 Snorlax – Fighting
    -Earthquake
    -Rest
    -Blizzard
    -Psychic

For me, Snorlax is the definitive bulky rock at the centre of all teams, whilst move suggestions are welcome, switching this Pokemon is pretty much out of the question.

Level 60 Dragonite – Dragon, Rock, Ice
    -Blizzard
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunder
    -Outrage

Ok, I got desperate, I have no compelling urge to use Dragonite, nor Tyranitar for that matter, this was traded over from my ancient Blue save game, so this Pokemon is a sort of last resort brought on by a lack of imagination.

    Level 60 Scizor – Fire
    -Counter
    -Double Edge
    -Swords Dance
    -Steel Wing

This was a toss up between Szicor and Heracross, however as I recently discovered that you cannot trade from Generation III to II, I can't teach him Double-Edge, so I'm really not bothered with this particular member, if anyone can come up with a better suggestion I will take it deep into consideration.

Level 60 Umbreon – Fighting, Bug
    -Baton Pass
    -Mean Look
    -Psychic
    -Toxic

It's obvious what this Umbreon intends to be...annoying, but is there anything that could be perhaps more annoying? This is just a status inducer and nothing else.

If this helps, I know my opponent to be using the following: Wobbuffet, Gengar, Alakazam (Hinted), Kingdra (Possibly.)

All held Item suggestions are welcome, purely based upon the fact that I don't really know how to use them.

*GASP* I didn't include EV's, ah well, bite me. It's worth remembering that this is a concept team and inclusion of such is impossible. Yes it is against the rules, but rules are made to be broken.

Cheers guys for any help you may kindly bestow on my feeble brain.

Kingdra was pretty bad because it had a very limited movepool. Try this:
    Kingdra @ Leftovers
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Surf
    -Double-Edge

Pretty good coverage, and with Kingdra's few weaknesses it works pretty good.

Level 60 Feraligatr – Electric, Grass
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Hydro Pump
    -Earthquake

Gatr was pretty terrible in GS. It had misplaced stats since Water was special, and it was designed for physical attacking. Cloyster would be pretty good since its got strong Def, can Spike and Spin as well as deal some pretty good damage.

    Cloyster @ Leftovers
    -Rapid Spin
    -Spikes
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam

    Level 60 Snorlax – Fighting
    -Earthquake
    -Rest
    -Blizzard
    -Psychic

Snorlax has so many options it would be easier for that to go find a moveset. But the set you have is pretty not good. Snorlax was probably the best non-uber pokemon in the entier generation, make use of it.

Level 60 Dragonite – Dragon, Rock, Ice
    -Blizzard
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunder
    -Outrage

Looks good to me I guess. I would go Ice Beam > Blizzard.

    I suppose.

Level 60 Umbreon – Fighting, Bug
    -Baton Pass
    -Mean Look
    -Psychic
    -Toxic

It's obvious what this Umbreon intends to be...annoying, but is there anything that could be perhaps more annoying? This is just a status inducer and nothing else.

I guess. Pretty much Umbreon's best asset back then.

*GASP* I didn't include EV's, ah well, bite me. It's worth remembering that this is a concept team and inclusion of such is impossible. Yes it is against the rules, but rules are made to be broken.

EVs didn't exist back then. .-.

Cheers guys for any help you may kindly bestow on my feeble brain.

Comments in bold. I don't know much about GSC, but I know that Snorlax was a huge problem and stall was the dominant playstyle. Dark Azelf can help you alot more, since he is better at GSC.
