    Plot Summary: Ban Mido and Ginji Amano are a recovery duo infamously known as "GetBackers." Ban possesses two special powers: the "Snake Bite" (his hands have a gripping power of 200kg) and the "Evil Eye" (anyone who looks into his eyes will be locked into a powerful and nightmarish hallucination). Ginji, on the other hand, has the ability to generate thousands of volts of electricity from his body. Together, they run a freelance business of recovering anything lost or stolen from a client - and they claim a 100% success rate at their job.

    At this moment, Get Backers is my favorite anime. Who else watches it? =)

    My rating for the anime: 9/10 - The story gets a little obvious sometimes, but is AWESOME all the same.
     
    I saw this manga at the bookstore I go to very often. Is it really that good? I read a little. They needed to get the PS game for the kid. The kid was supposed to give them some money, but he tricked them. Then the juice machine gave them a ton of juice. It was a bit scary, but funny as well.
     
    Yup! They get things back for people, and usually end up getting nothing back in return. Heh, that's the fun of it.
     
    omg, i just read the first volume on thursday with a friend. it looked so nice. and the evil eye and such. it was just so funny. we laughed so loud in lunch that the tables across from us heard i think. so we retreated to the library, but still, this looks nice. I want to read more. ^_^
     
    Channel.. well I see mine on Animax (Animax South Asia station to be exact).

    And meh, Evil Eye, signature move of Ban Midou... did you have a nice dream?
