    this is a funny manga, but pleaze don't go check it out if you aren't in your fifteenth year of life or older...not good for kiddies. anyway for those of you who knoweth not,it's about two teens who are broke and run a retrieval service. they call themselves th Get backers 'cuz they steal back or find things that shouldn't be gone in the first place. this is a very street-smart manga, so if ya don't like urban life with all its corruption and gangs and stuff, this ain't for you, besides that it's got crude adult references, foul language and barely clothed or scantily clad females. so no curious kiddies buyin it.

    did i even mention that the two main characters have powers?
    one can conduct electricity, and the other can make you see illusions with his "evil eye" ability
     
    Ah Get Backers...I've seen the anime and been waiting to get my hands on the manga. I believe the manga is a bit different than the anime in terms of the art and the order of the chapters vs. the episodes. But I bet I'll enjoy it. Get Backers is one of those "Gets me into bands/artists" animes. I love Pierrot (the b and who did the 2nd opening theme, Barairo no Sekai). They're a very good band. ^^

    And oh yeah. Ban pwnz. XD

    i'm not saying that they can't, i just don't encourage anyone 15- to go buy it and have their parents yell at em. i am glad you are mature enough to watch it without becoming a bad seed like me :badsmile:
