Okay, so, I'm guessing Teen Titans Understudy isn't going to be stickied for now?

Not until that Rp begins to have more actual Rping going on, then it will be stickied again, but not for now.

Couldn't a mod also sticky an RPG they really recommend or appraise? As in excellent descriptions, rarely any OOCs, neat, orderly, *even* if they don't have 500 posts; considering any RPG with 500 posts or more is bound to stay alive for a long time anyway.

Yes its true that Rp's that have a really good structure should be able to be stickied, but if its struggling and usually near the bottom of the page its not as promising as one to get stickied whose is constantly being replied to, and is popular among the forum.

Um, RPG=Role Playing Game I think you just mean to say roleplay XD.
