Well I decided to get acquainted into 6th generation's meta-game again. It would be much appreciated if I could get some feedback/critiques on this teem I put together. I could use a lot of EV help seeing as I mostly rely on Showdown's default. Thanks.

I was pretty disappointing when I found out flying gem wasn't released yet. Are there any substitutions for moveset or the for Hawlucha itself?

Relying on Showdown's default all the time isn't effective, IMO.

Even though Talonflame and Mega Pinsir usage has died down somewhat, Wash Rotom needs to be physically defensive to handle them better; the spread of 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe allows Wash Rotom to outspeed and KO Jolly Belly Drum Azumarill while still having the physical bulk to take hits.

A specially defensive spread is best for your current Heatran set to better take advantage of its resistances: Calm with 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe is ideal in this case.

Mega Venusaur is a pain in the butt to deal with, due to Thick Fat making its Fire and Ice weaknesses neutralities, so Greninja has to use Extrasensory to get past it:
    -Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam
    -Extrasensory
    -Dark Pulse/Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Grass/Fire)/Spikes
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Protean

Hawlucha is...subpar in OU, but SubLiechi and Power Herb are more reliable ways to get Unburden off:
    -Substitute
    -Swords Dance
    -High Jump Kick
    -Acrobatics
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Liechi Berry
    Ability: Unburden

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -High Jump Kick
    -Acrobatics
    -Sky Attack
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Power Herb
    Ability: Unburden

The point of Mega Venusaur is to tank hits and dish them out. Your current Venusuar set squanders that point by using a Hasty nature to lower its good Defense:
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Earthquake/Sleep Powder
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Relaxed/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/68 Def/188 SDef or 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain/Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

Band may seem tempting for Landorus, but it's outsped by so many things. Choice Scarf can compensate for its average Speed:
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -U-turn
    -Knock Off/Superpower/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

My apologies. The team I previously submitted was copy/pasted from an unedited build from a notepad document(bad natures/moves). I was hoping to intercept and edit before it was reviewed lol. Anyway here is the team I actually use:

    Gizmo (Rotom-Wash) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Levitate
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
    Timid Nature
    - Volt Switch
    - Hydro Pump
    - Hidden Power[Ice]
    - Trick

Volcano (Heatran) (M) @ Air Balloon
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature
    - Earth Power
    - Lava Plume
    - Stealth Rock
    - Roar

Sheik (Greninja) (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Protean
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk
    Timid Nature
    - Dark Pulse
    - Ice Beam
    - Extrasensory
    - Hydro Pump

Luchador (Hawlucha) (M) @ Power Herb
    Ability: Unburden
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
    Adamant Nature
    - Acrobatics
    - Swords Dance
    - Sky Attack
    - High Jump Kick

    Hulk (Venusaur) (M) @ Venusaurite
    Ability: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 252 HP / 176 SDef / 80 SAtk
    Calm Nature
    - Giga Drain
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Sleep Powder
    - Synthesis

Komodo (Excadrill) (M) @ Air Balloon
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rock Slide
    - Iron Head

I took heed the the EVs suggested and added them, thanks. The only major difference from this one and the last one is Hawlucha's moveset, and the change from Landorus to Excadrill. I found I needed rapid spin support. So far it's been successful in the few matches I've had so far. Any objections or changes?

See my advice on Wash Rotom on my last post. Choice Scarf is pointless with so little investment in Speed. Wash Rotom should just use 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe with a Timid nature to make the most out of the Speed boost Choice Scarf grants. Replace WoW with Thunderbolt or Hidden Power Ice for the more reliable Electric STAB or the ability to hit Dragons super effectively, respectively.

See my last post on Heatran as well. To add, Modest is pointless when Heatran doesn't invest in it at all without a setup move. Once again, a specially based spread of 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef is preferred with a Calm nature to make the most out of Heatran's specially-based resistances.

The last post I made about Greninja on the last team also applies to the Greninja on your new team.

Adamant > Jolly on Unburden Hawlucha. The Speed boost Unburden brings makes the Jolly nature superfluous and redundant.

Swords Dance + Rapid Spin is okay on Battle Spot if an Excadrill with Iron Head wasn't transferred from Black 2/White 2. If this is a Showdown team, use Iron Head over Swords Dance to act as a secondary STAB and a Fairy crusher.

    There we go ^^

Made the changes in my previous post. Thanks for the help. I'll do some play-testing later and see how it goes.
