Um I am just wondering if there was a way to get to flower paradise/oak's letter(to get Shaymin) without cheating or event. If there is a way please tell me.

I don't think so, you need Oak's Letter. Unless it's tradeable on Mystery Gift, then you could get it from someone who went to the event. But I'm not sure about that.

I think so.
The other way to get without event or cheating is TRADE. But there's no one will trade his/her Shaymin except you have the more powerful and rare pokémon than Shaymin.

you could try to get it through the GTS, i got mine for a piplup, it was japanese though, which isnt realy what i wanted, i retryed and got a english one =)

This really should have gone in the Quick Questions sticky, but I'll answer this for you then close it.
The only way you can get it at the moment without hacking is by trading with somebody who got one from the 11th Movie event, or the Oak's letter distribution in Japan. Either that, or by tweaking. I'm about to try and get it through the glitch, and we have a thread explaining what to do. Visit it if you want to know more.
