I could give you an impish hippopowdon IVs are:31/31/31/24/31/31

Right now its hippopotas not sure if you want it EVd or not as your key says you want it UT so tell me and i give it to you xD

Could i get an Arceus for it? which ever is fine
 
Would you trade your Jp wish event Bagon for NoK Rayquaza? If thats not enough Ill throw in something else.
