hmmm that sounds like a hack to me, 31 ivs in all stats is not possible
use my diamond fc for Tom heracross and use my pearl 1 fc for pokebox shiny skitty

Actually, 31 in all stats is possible, but VERY RARE. I think it's rarer than encountering a shiny.
