PALCITY lucario stats: 161/136/94/163/93/122 and I do have a BABA flygon
 
Well... I dunno if this changes as the date changes, but the ID is 03089, but the date is March 13, 2009. Today. That doesn't mean, however, that it was received today. I still have a Shaymin WC on my DIamond version.
