3rd Gen Give me your most annoying moveset [Gen3]

Well I don't do competitive - but my Bulbasaur (which will evolve eventually) currently runs Sleep Powder / Poisonpowder / Leech Seed / Giga Drain.
 
I remember using a Blissey in Emerald that had a moveset something along the lines of Toxic, Softboiled, Minimize, and Protect. Battling with it took forever, but I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to face a Pokemon with a moveset like that.
 
Shedninja's shadow ball is using (90..) attack stats unlike newer gen.

double team/confuse ray
shadow ball
sliver wind
 
Hypnosis, Rest, Poison Powder, and Protect
