Anything higher than second gen. After that, they got lame. You get a million ubers which you can't really consider legendary any longer because there are so many of them. There are 32 legendaries now! The new Pokemon are cheap and all more than enough powerful. Remember this is an opinion. No eating my head off now.

Well, any smart member would have been able to realise that they were trolls, and that the smartest thing to do would be to ignore them, otherwise you're feeding them, which is what they want. The thread's starting post was quality trollsmanship, I have to admit, but after that it just feel apart. I'm sort of worried about the replies of some people and the fact that they took it so seriously though.



Bidoof. It's a horrible Pokémon, it wrecked up Diamond and Pearl, it appeared everywhere, it's cute looks make you want to punch it in the face.

The only things I can think to actually hate Pokemon for are the Anime and Trading Cards. The trading cards because I once got beat up after a row about them and the Anime because of Ash and that everyone remembers the first series when he acted like a total prat.

I'm not sure, I think I was asleep. +4 boost is enough to make you switch, then they can Defense Curl :3

Of course, I'm not pro-Bibarel. It's a digusting Pokemon.

The first generation was obviously containing some of the best Pokemon, besides the Venonat / Butterfree flaw. The second generation showed only a slip in the anime programs, but the characters intoduced in the games were quite nice. Third generation had slipped in the games. It had way too many legendaries, and the Pokemon seemed very Digimon-like. Still, I enjoyed the enhanced graphics and storyline. Now it comes down to our current generation, where Pokemon gaming takes a big slip. Sprites for Pokemon go terribly wrong, especially spriting for Mamoswine, Magmortar, Probopass, etc. The graphics were just about the only improvement. But if we're talking about hatred emitted from Lentiano's post, then that's a completely different subject. We all know that Pokemon is geared towards kids, and the majority of the world thinks that Pokemon is far too childish. Probably starts in elementary school, where kids start to look down at a lot of cartoons and think that they're too childish. People who act like Lentiano did in real life think that Pokemon is just a laughable and childish fictional world, and think the concept of Pokemon is silly.

I agree with this. Ash's Pikachu really annoys me, too.
Seeing this topic made me remember a post I once made at another site. Here's what I wrote as my opinions on the Pokemon anime:

I used to watch Pokemon, but I lost interest after the third season. It's always the same stuff repeated over and over, anyway.

1. Ash and friends help out some random character in each episode, said character usually never appears on the show again
2. Team Rocket tries to steal Pikachu, they fail, Pikachu saves the day
3. Something overly dramatic happens to Pikachu in every third episode or so
4. Each season ends with Ash competing in some grand tournament, which he never wins (with the exception of the Orange League tournament). He usually ends up being booted out in the quarterfinals or before that, and the person who defeated him shortly gets booted out as well.
5. Ash disposes of all of his Pokemon (except good ol' Pikachu, of course) at Oak's every time he visits a new region, never to bother with them again

Here's another point I'd like to add to the list:

6. Whenever Ash wins a major battle, 98% of the time it's Pikachu who lands the final hit.


For some reason, I don't hate Bidoof. Maybe it's because Bidoof has sort of grown on me after playing PMD2.
