  • Twilight stared at Archur as long as she could before finally having to break the stare. To be perfectly honest, this was getting on her nerves. She grumbled a bit.

"... Fine! Have that simpering, sniveling fool back!" Twilight hissed. Then she slumped in Archur's grasp. By the time she came to, Archur had already gone and saved Ardikado and returned. Dia blinked slowly. There was a large patch in her memory that she didn't remember. What was the last thing she had done... Hm... She remembered herself saving Ardikado from the poison and then him taking her away from Archur and the others... She shook her head, trying to clear the fog in her mind. She was aware that someone was holding her by the scruff of her neck. She yowled in fright and began squirming, but stopped when she realised it was only Archur. She gazed with fright at the scratches and cuts on his arms, not rememberin g anything that had happened. A shadow overhead drew her gaze, and she yowled with terror when she saw Lugia.

"Archur! What's going on?!" she exclaimed, her voice short ragged whispers. Why did her throat hurt so much? It felt like she had been yelling herself hoarse. She sounded like she had been eating nails and screws. An experience she did not care to repeat.

  • "Dia!" Archur smiled and hugged her again. She was terrified and confused, but Archur just held her. "It's alright. Nobody is gonna hurt you. You were acting very strange for a little while, but that's for another time," Archur looked at Lugia and then tried to figure out where Geo could have disappeared to. If his idea was correct, that gyrados probably had something to with it.
"Dia, sit tight, I need to go and save the Garchomp," Archur set her down and looked at everyone else. "Nobody. Touches. The umbreon. Got it?" he didn't care if Lugia saw it as disrespect, nobody was to mess with Dia while he was gone, even if it was only for a few minutes. After making sure everyone had heard him, Archur dove into the ocean and searched around for a moment before seeing a dorsal fin int he sand. He started digging in the sand and found an arm, which he grabbed and started pulling Geo to the surface. Once Archur broke the surface of the water, he slung the garchomp over his shoulder and swam to the beach. He dumped the body on the sand and started pumping on his chest, forcing the water out of his lungs.
"Come on, don't die while I'm trying to save your life," Archur grunted; and then with one final pump, some water sputtered out of the ground types mouth and his chest started rising and falling again. The red swampert sighed with relief and fell onto his rear; saving two, possibly three if you included Twilight from Lugia, peoples lives. It made Archur feel good to know he had accomplished something important in their new, or old rather, world.
