Glitchy Glitches

So, hopefully you all know about the infamous glitch, Missingo, but have you ever run across a very different glitch in the games? I remember when I first recieved my Red version (not firered! Real Red!!), I recieved a Kangaskhan from the fossils in Mt. Moon instead of a Kabuto or Omanyte. I'm still not sure whether or not that was meant to happen on the very first file of a new red version... but it happened.

So, what odd things have happened to you that aren't so well known in the games?

Is the tweaking glitch well-known? I guess I don't know :/...what about Glitch City in RB(Y?)?

EDIT: Oh yeah, I got my Pal Pad while in the...I forget what they call it...while doing the tweaking glitch. The blackness-

I never did get a hance to try glitch city, but for five years my brother tried to get to it cuz he's crazy. And blackness... I dunno, but that's cool! What was glitch city like?

...it was like a tileset. Yeah, exactly! It's like a sprite sheet full of tiles. You couldn't walk everywhere 'cause walls were scattered everywhere. It was worth the visit, IMO.

I don't know if this was a glitch or just a technical error,
but one time I was playing silver or gold and all of a
sudden all the colors on the game changed. The buildings,
pokemon, and people were completely different colors, but
it didn't effect battling or anything. Although when I played
the game the next day it went back to normal.

i accidently used missingno glitch while i had a Bicycle as my 6th item.... about 43 times
