hey people I was just wondering like what the best places to
EV train are in Fire Red / Leaf Green.

    I only know a few

    Sp.Atk - Pokemon Tower
Gastly gives 1 point to Sp.Atk
Haunter gives 2 points to Sp.Atk

occasionally you run into a fairly uncommon cubone but it's not a problem
    running away..

Def - That grassy patch under Pallet Town, nothing but Tangela
appear there, and they give 1 point to Defense.

Spd. - the grass between Viridian City and Pallet Town
Pidge and Rattata give 1 spd EV each

but I still need great places for Atk, Sp.Def and HP
I'm always trading my pokemon to my emerald version 'cuz I know
the best places there but sometimes my brother's a punk and doesn't
wanna let me use his gameboy to trade myself so yeah...need good
    training areas.

SP.Defense - Head south from the Rocket Warehouse on Island 5, you'll only find Hoppip when surfing around the Memorial Pillar, that's where I always EV train for SP.Defense
Altrenatively, you could Surf around the water on Kindle Road, only Tentacool and Tentacruel appear there.

HP - Three Island port after completing the Pokémon League, you'll only find Dunsparce there. They'll give you 1 HP EV each.

Attack - The lower floors of Mt.Moon. Paras gives you one 1 Attack EV and only Paras appear down there.

-If you want to EV train in Attack and Speed, Route 18 is the perfect place. Doduo gives 1 point of Attack, Spearow and Rattata give 1 point of Speed, and Fearow and Raticate give 2 points of Speed.

-If you have a Fire-type Pokemon that needs Special Attack and/or Speed EV's, go to the Power Plant. The Magnemite give out 1 point of Special Attack, the Magneton give 2 points of Special Attack, and the Voltorb and Pikachu give 1 point of Speed.

-Also, to Attack EV train, fish in Fuchsia City or Cinnabar Island with a Super Rod. There, you'll most often get Krabby, Kingler, and Gyarados, all of which give out Attack EV points.

-To Special Defense EV train, just surf outside. All you can get are Tentacool, who give out Special Defense EV's.
