gonna start a new game and im wondering whats a good start lineup? started new game 3 days ago but i just caught noob pokemons, current lineup: noctowl, raticate, croconaw, skiploom, togepi and spinarak. help meh ;d all are lvl 23 and croco naw lvl 24

My team when I first got was the generic three starters a pidgeot an ampharos and a dragonite

i think you should add a fire or fighting type on your team because later in the game you'll run into an ice type gym leader

Don´t think that´s very helpful... there´s a dragon type gym leader too and you can´t take a pokemon for each leader.
But you´re right, a fighting type would be helpful. Dealing with Ice, Dark, Normal, Steel and Rock is pretty good in the lategame (facing Jasmine, Pryce and Karen). Also, a fighting type´s huge attack would deal with many pokemon neutral to fighting, like water, fire or electro types. Machamp or Primeape would do the job (they should at least be trained unteil they learn Cross Chomp before you go into the Pokemon League).

booooo 1st gen pokes are were its at!

You have the last gym covered with a Feraligatr that you've taught Ice Punch to.

Grabbing a fire Pokémon is likely to be beneficial, as well as an electric one.

Grab a Mareep and some kind of fire Pokémon.
