[Other] Good Idea or not?

Hello, davetunes here, and I had an idea that everyones had once or twice. What if you played as team rocket? well, I had a twist idea somewhat like it.

Team Name: Team Frostbite

Game Region: Cenetod Region, (Based along the Mississippi River)

Game Plot: You start by being brought to the Frostbite lab for recruitment, you get a badge that lets you immediately control pokemon up to level 50. then you are sent on a journey, fighting through the ranks of the tea, trying to beat your rival too the coveted spot of leader of Frostbite. BUT WAIT!!!, there is another twist. Your all evil stealing pokemon, and fighting for frostbite, or so they thought. You were sent in by the international police to shut Frostbite down. but some admins along the way suspect something fishy is going on, and it is your job to take them out, just as hard as they try and take you out.

Yes What Rom base were you going to hack. I can imagine starting pokemon red and having the gym leader the leader of frostbite. And after he accepts you he battles you for that lvl 50 and over badge. once you win the story continues.

Dont know if you can hack or script events but i like how in rpgs if you talk to the right person they join your team. So in this instance if you talk to the right person, someone scared they will just give you their pokemon. SOUNDS GREAT!
