dude, this is pointless...PM a great comic maker "DGG, daviku etc)...seriously, MSpaint, photoshop, paintshop, flash...any of them

Paint, Paint Shop Pro, it's whatever you feel comfortable with. If you want some good affects I advise you take Paint Shop Pro.

I'm not sure but GIMP may be one.

paint is good for a first off but well I've never used anything else heh

Normal paint. Unless you want special effect-looking things. For that you need Photoshop, Paintshop or something else that ends with shop.
