Goodbye For Now (PG-13 for violence)

I think I gave them enough time. It's now or never.

A figure burst down from the darkening skies--striking toward Evan with clawed hands. Then, the moment it struck, it flitted back and out of range. Amidst the growing shadows, the attacker was a mere silhoutte--an ever-moving, shapeless figure. Crouching down, the being circled swiftly about Evan as it slashed at Terra.

A strange fire danced in Aoi's eyes as his gauntleted hand contorted itself into a series of of positions. Though his movement was limited to the single hand, this movement alone seemed somehow fascinating . . . entrancing. At a sudden flick of Aoi's wrist, the fighter in the clearing responded with equal speed and violence.

Springing upward, it came down between Terra and Evan, smashing its robotic fist into the ground and consequently creating a cloud of dust combined with a blast of rubble. Ever true to its pattern, the moment the creature had completed the attack, it had moved back a sufficient distance from the humans and dog. Then, moving into a battle stance, the "puppet" at last fell still as it awaited a response from its opponents.

Brushing a strand of hair back with his ungauntleted hand, Aoi stood in silence as he viewed the events occuring in the clearing. Time to see if these two humans have enough strength to survive here.

Yumiko was crouched on a branch watching the scene below her. She had a bow gripped in her right hand and an arrow in her left. She had no intention of interfering but she was ready to defend herself if she was discovered. Her sharp eyes darted back and forth, watching the attack on a boy and girl who had been talking. Things can spring up at anytime I suppose. It's foolish to walk around unarmed.

She shifted her position in the tree slightly. It would not do to fall and slip. That would surely cause the others to see or hear her and she prefered to remain hidden for the time. Later she would speak to them, if they fought off their opponent. The boy had no weapons with him. The girl did. And the dog. She would be patiant and wait. If worst came to the worst, she might consider launching an arrow. It didn't seem neccasary though. After all, these people were supposed to be the best at what they did right?

i apoligise but i must quit....the darker side of my soul has returned and while it s here i can not roleplay. im so sorry....

I watched the unfortunate event occur before me. The boy and girl along with the dog were being attacked by a strange figure.

"I must help them..." I encouraged myself. I tried to take a step but my legs had no total response. I was eager to help but my body had not fully recovered, and I was supporting myself with my long katana, driven partially into the soil. I resolved to make no sudden movements as to reveal my current position because of my current condition. My hands were still tingling as well as my legs but my balance had partially returned though not enough to support my body.

"How long am I suppose to stay like this?" I thought aloud but quietly to myself applying a more powerful grip to my katana up the point where it almost hurt my hands.
