    I was looking through my Pokemon games when I realised that all of my teams had my starter Pokemon in it. Have any of you lot got a team without your starter Pokemon in it?

    Nope, no I don't. It doesn't seem right to have the Pokemon I had first not in the group

    Let's just say there's a reason they're called starter Pokemon, aside from collection. None of my competition teams has included a starter Pokemon.

    Infernape is probably the best starter, I always use him in my teams

    Infernape = Grass Knot

    Yep Swampert was my complete Favorite until Infernape showed up in 4th Gen

    My Sapphire team lacks my starter, but then again, I chose Treecko and found out quickly after evolving it all the way into Sceptile that I didn't like Sceptile. Other than that, not really, as I find a use for my starters one way or another.

    I NEVER put my starter Pokemon in the PC. (unless trading them.)

    The bond between a trainer and his first Pokemon is a special one.

    Although, I traded my Blastoise in LG to Diamond, and I'm planning to do the same with my Treecko in Emerald.

    Other than that, my team has never been without my starter. From R/B to D/P.

    My starter usually stays with me until Elite 4 and then I usually finish it up at 100 just for fun. It rarely stays for competitive battling though.

    one that is always in my team is Chairzard....why don't you people think charizard isnt competitive???Just becuase he is 4x against rock and has weak defense??that dosn't mean anything since hes a SPECIAL SWEEPER!!!!!
