Are you kidding wolfie? I don't believe you can catch a level 2 of that nature and a feebas too using a super rod at lake verity.
it just doesn't happen. i would think it have to be atleast level 13 or 18.

how so? if i'm not mistaken you can fish in any body of water, and any level is able to come up when fishing. and considering it's at lake verity where lvl 2 and 3 pokemon walk teh shores, i would say there is a very large chance it's legit

Really Wolfie? cuz i thought you can only catch this feebas through using a super rod. and we all know that using super rods mean catching high level water types. very little chances of catching a feebas at that level. kind of similar to seeing that hacked level 2 shiny turtwig that someone reported on serebii.
