It's the splitter... it provides downforce... it's usually differently colored, so it isn't so... "phalic" looking...
Here's a the new 2010 Bobby Labonte... switching teams... so it's a different # and sponsor.

As I said, they're sexy. They're all sexy, sleek, and shiny. I don't really like the shadow on the left facing cat sprite, it looks like it covers the hood in a bad way, that makes it look smaller.

=GPR=, the #1 car will be driven by Jamie McMurray in 2010. Martin Truex Jr. will drive the #56 NAPA Toyota for MWR (Michael Waltrip Racing).
