Is there anyplace on PC where you can make a paid request for a specific request?

Just curious it was a simple question. No need to go as far to emphasize. There are places that do free request you know so don't assume. Thanks, I'm done here.

I suggest, if you want to get some kind of payment or commission at least, for you to try out deviantART. There are people there who are willing to pay for graphics, as long as its good.
