So how ya make grunges Ac XD. *sits down attentively*

ohhhh yea i remember that place now i just make my own stuff.But that place is a good place to go to
 
a good way to make grunge brushes is to get old pictures of floors or buildings, well thats how i do it
 
i'd do what Luis said to do. take a pic of an old building, and cut little bits out of them. ^^

eek... i don't have PS Elements on the computer i normally use, but it's almost the same thing as PS7, and since i'm incredibly fluent with PS7, i can help you out there easily. (although i use CS now)
