i like chikorita although i dont like the evolutions of any grass starter

Call me old school if you want but...Bulbasaur all the way. ^_^

I would choose Bulbasaur to start with as its the coolest ^_^

I would choose squirtle or charmander,iwould choose bulby but its attacks are rubbish

thats complete rubbish as Bulbasaur has some good attacks; vine whip/razor leaf which can be used with effectiveness on rock and water pokemon, also there is leech seed which pwns XD.

I voted Chikorita, altough I like Bulbasaur too.
The main reason I chose is non other than Chikorita being cute.

I'm not a big fan of grass Pokemon, but my favorite is Chickorita.

Treeko. He'll eventually becomes a Sceptile which has higher Attack and Special Attack points than the other Grass Starters.

I chose Fushigidane cause..

1) Its adorable XD
2) I love its Japanese voice (especially Haruka's Fushigidane!!)
3) It does have some pretty strong attacks like Satoshi-san said X3
