3rd Gen Great Way to Train

Between Lavender Town and Celadon City
There is a Line of 4 Trainers Use the Vs Seeker* to verse all 4 of them over and over again its Really good training.

*The Vs Seeker is found by talking to the blue haired Woman in Vermillion City Pokemon Center

I think the best area for training Pokemon (using the Vs Seeker) is Seven Island. The Trainers' Pokemon are usually between Lv 45-55 (great for EXP Share training). I like fighting the two Pokemon Rangers at the Canyon Entrance because their Pokemon (Victreebel and Vileplume) provide great EXP.

Alternatively, if I don't have a high level Pokemon with me, I use the Route between Lavender Town and Saffron City (sorry, I can't remember the route number). The trainers there are just as good.

Actually the best training here in FR/LG is the Islands. Especially the 6th and the 7th one.

I couldn't agree more XD always train and us the VS seeker on the last few islands if you want fast training.

So I wouldn't know about trainers on seven Island.

In Sevault Canyon, everywhere is good. I trained up my Espeon, Gyarados, Alakazam there and once trained my Lv35 Pupitar into a Lv67 Tyranitar in one day (in about two hours) just battling the rangers with the Victreebels and Vileplumes, the ones with Chansey and Exeggutor and The two Cooltrainers.

i think the best place to train with the vs seeker r the cool trainer at the bottom of 7 island, right before the unknown islands
