Question: Green Squares?

How do we get the green squares under "Posts: xxxx" on the right side of our posts?
I see many people with green squares over there, and mine seems plain without it.

I think you're talking about your reputation. To show that, go to your User CP (link in the top left corner), go to Edit Options, and check "Show Your Reputation Level". After you click the save button, it will show up as a green square if you have positive reputation.
