It's level 15, but I don't check the moves since I'm not training it. It's up to the trainer of the Pokemon to get it its moves correct.

Read the OP. My guess though is you are not a competitive battler so care move about the strongest moves and high levels than natures and the important stuff, and if that is the case, this is not the trade thread for you.

BTW everyone, I have breeding Torkoal for a few hours now, and I have decided to put three of the better rejects up for trade. All are Impish and have EQ:
