Greeting, everyone!

My name is dewitlykefire, but everyone can call me Fire or FireEagle. I'm an avid and long-time Pokemon gamer. I started out with Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow. I also grew interested in the Pokemon competitive scene for a long time now. I'm currently in the Pokemon Go scene again after multiple years of attempting it casually.

I've also been on here multiple times through a few accounts, but it was more than fifteen-plus years ago now.

Another interesting thing that doesn't relate to Pokemon is that I'm an author of The Zodiac Wars series on Amazon. So, maybe I'll check out and be around the Pokemon GO and writer's section.

It is great to see new members who have been long time fans of Pokémon! I started with Generation 1 too! Which pokémon was (is ?) your favourite starter ?

I would say that Charmander will always be my favorite starter. I know it's a classical choice, but nostalgia pulls me in.

Same! Charmander was my pick, and Charizard has been my all time favourite pokémon since! Fire breathing lizard / dragon rocks!

Do you have any of the Switch Pokemon games? Will you be getting either Scarlet or Violet?

I don't have a Nintendo Switch yet, but just off the look of Scarlet and Violet? Volet looks a lot more appealing to me.
