    ~Griggio Academy~
Griggio academy does not accept people for their money; Griggio Academy does not accept people for their lineage; Griggio Academy accepts people for their talents. All of the students at GA are gifted. Not as in the smart children, though there are brilliant students that attend GA, but as in gifted with supernatural powers.
This prestigious school was founded by three people.
Remus Lasius, Raetia Chaucer and Alban Tiburtina
These three men all processed gifts. When they were children they were alone, for their powers scared people off. They were considered freaks and nothing more then that.

Tiburtina soon realized that if he had these gifts bestowed to him, that there had to be others alike. He gathered ones he knew of personally and started any organization to help the kids with abilities like theirs.
It started from a project to raise awareness to a project to hide those children. There was one place a child had to go and that was school. If they created a school to help the gifted control their powers while swearing them to secrecy about there gifts, then they would accomplish two goals.
They founded Griggio Academy and tracked down hundreds of children with powers, while making sure that the "normals" thought it was just a random selection.
    ~Your Roll~
I shall be accepting only five people.
You are part of the student counsel. You are top of the food chain and top of the students. The school basically revolves around you.
    ~Plot~
Though every student was sworn to secrecy, some people thought there talents shouldn't be hidden. A group was formed to do just that. It was called Scon. There main goal was to get people like them accepted into everyday life. There plan failed, miserably, but there leader précised on in his attempt. He held protests against violence, for harm never helps. He died suddenly, no one knows how, but he did. Then anew leader came. "I shall make us the dominant race. Every man shall have powers before I die. We shall conquer!" That is exerted from his most famous speech. People became racist against ones without powers. They, as of now, have killed countless people. There next stop in their quest for dominance, is Griggio.
We shall begin at the first of the year. The plot shall happen later, there will be events leading up to it, obviously.

Lance wasn't stuffed. Everyone else was, though. Most people would be after three hours of constant eating. While every other family member was stuffing their face with the delicious foods on the dining table, he spent the time constantly making everything perfect.

Being obsessive compulsive obviously had its down sides, and sadly it had very little up sides. He constantly had an urge to rearrange. He had had counseling to help him get over some of it, but it worked very little.

"I'm starving." He said as he walked into the kitchen. He sat down on the stool at the island. "Lance! We just ate. You couldn't control yourself for at least a few minutes?" Greenlee, Lance's sister and triplet, questioned as she scrubbed some food off of a plate.

A hard hit on the back of Lance's head came suddenly as Zane whapped Lance. "Hey loser. Still hungry?" He said dropping a bag of chips in front of Lance. Sour cream and Onion, his favorite! "Mom says we have to go to sleep soon." Zane told with a hint of anger in his voice.
"They'll be up for ages. What kind?" Greenlee looked at the green bag of scrumptious delights.
"What do you think, honey?" Lance laughed.
    "Disgusting."

    Name: Tatsuya Mochizuki

    Year: 6th

    Age: 16

    Gender: Male

    Gift: Mind Reading

    Pokemon: "image removed"#395 Empoleon
Empoleon is Tatsuya's loyal companion, and, like his master, is the strong but silent type. He helps Tatsuya enforce the rules of the school. The emperor penguin does his master's bidding without asking any questions. Even if Tatsuya is wrong about something, the Pokémon will obey and defend him without hesitation. Whenever the boy is in trouble, Empoleon guards him, even at the risk of his own life.

Personality: At first, Tatsuya comes off as quiet. He rarely, if ever, is the first to strike up a conversation. The blue-haired boy believes that, in a school, rules are there for a reason, and that everyone should adhere to them, hence why he joined student council. Tatsuya believes that anyone who fails to abide by the rules is beneath him, and, as such, has developed a superiority complex. He is capable of showing copious amounts of respect to his superiors, as well as the members of the student body who lack a rebellious side. His ability to read minds will most likely prove useful when determining if a student deserves punishment or not. For those select few that Tatsuya respects, he is very kind, though this facet of his personality doesn't manifest itself very often. Secretly, he's very shy and insecure, he just hides it very, very well.

    Appearance: [1] *image removed* [3] [4]

    RP Sample:

"Hmm..." There, on the bullet train, sat a boy with midnight blue hair. His cheek was pressed firmly against the window, pale skin flattened out against the glass. Purple hues shifted out towards the window, glancing at the scenery race by as the train sped forward. His eyelids grew heavy, and he shut his eyes momentarily, fully relaxing his muscles. In this relaxed state, Tatsuya looked, well, cute. His eyelashes contrasted beautifully with his pale cheeks. His mouth hung open slightly, lips perfectly parted. This fleeting peace was interrupted as the train hit a bump, jarring the boy awake. He frowned, turning his attention towards the window once more.

"Do you need anything?" Tatsuya glanced up to see a blonde woman leaning over him, long blue hair extensions dangling down her shoulders. "Water, soda? Something to eat? A pillow?" Tatsuya shook his head. She was relatively good-looking, at least, that's what he would think if he actually cared. She gave him one parting smile before turning her attention to the elderly woman across the aisle from Tatsuya. Thoughts swarmed his brain, both from him, and others. This boy was no ordinary boy. He was a mind reader. And he, like other "special" students, was to be attending Griggio Academy.

A somber mood hung in the air as he thought back to when he first discovered his power. He and his then best friend had been hanging out in Tatsuya's room. And it was a special night. Tatsuya was on the verge of confessing his love. But instead of expressing his feelings verbally, he merely leaned forward and pressed his lips against his friend's.

"What the heck, Tatsuya?!" Tatsuya pulled away, heartbroken.

    "O-oh," he stammered. "I-I'm sorry...I just..."

"No...don't worry about it. It's fine."

But his friend's thoughts said otherwise. He glanced down at a picture he had brought, clenching it in his fist. It was of him and his friend. Slowly, he held it up before shoving it in his pocket. It brought up too many painful memories.

"We will be arriving at Griggio in approximately five minutes. Please gather your belongings and be ready to debark," the intercom instructed. Tatsuya did just that. Within minutes, he was standing outside the elegant Griggio, duffel bag slung over one shoulder as he glanced up at the top of the building.

    Name: Garrett Hagane

    Year: ~5th~

    Age: ~15~

    Gender: ~Male~

Gift: ~"Metalmorphasis", his skin can turn to metal~

    Pokemon: ~Mawile~
His Mawile seems to know what he's thinking all the time, given that he has known the Pokemon almost literally his whole life. It is very loyal but has a tendency to do what it wants rather than what Garrett wants because the Mawile thinks its ideas are better. This is an example of its overconfidence, which it displays at all times.

Appearance: ~Though he is taller than most people at 6 feet and 3 inches, Garrett is of a lean muscular build. He isn't as intimidating as he is strong. He has black hair with a diamond shaped spot of bleach blonde in the very top of the front, dead center. The style of it could be described as "business in the back, party in the front." His eyes are light golden brown and they always have a glint of confidence in them. He has a black lip ring on the left side of his mouth. On his neck he has a few circular scars that look like teeth marks.
Garrett wears a yellow jacket with 3 black stripes running down the arm, unzipped over a gray T-shirt with white outlines of Skarmory wings, one over each pectoral muscle. Below that is a studded black belt holding up a pair of grayish-blue jeans with three vertical rips at each knee. On his feet he wears some running shoes, black in the back and yellow in the front. He carries around a white backpack with the same logo as his shirt on it but only in black instead, though usually there's not much in it. Sometimes he also wears some rectangular-lensed sunglasses. ~

RP Sample: ~Rumbling of the bullet train on the tracks was the main sound Garrett heard on the quiet car he was sitting in. Nobody wanted to talk, he guessed. He also wondered if anyone was special like he was. He had the ability to change his skin to metal, which also got into his muscles at times. Looking back at it, he remembered the day he had found out about these powers. They weren't long ago.

In fact, it was only two months ago. He was walking home when some "friends" of his surrounded him. Being as cocky as usual, Garrett held up his arms in open invitation. The apparent leader of the little group came into the circle with him and automatically threw a punch at his face. Unexpected that he would actually have a punch thrown at him, he tensed up and readied himself. Surprisingly, he felt the punch put no pain or much force. Instead, he heard a scream of pain coming from his assailant and saw him clutching his now gnarled hand in pain.
"Oh my God!" a few of the others cried out. "He's not human!"
Confused, Garrett looked down into a puddle of water. His skin was silver around the majority of his face, and it was spreading. He looked at his knuckles, tensing his hand into a fist. Steadily his knuckles were soon turned silver. Feeling it with the palm of his other hand, he smiled. Metal.
Soon he was to be arrested for assault, since he was caught and the kid who attacked him now had a few broken ribs, but Garrett was lucky enough to get out of it. Now he had to go to a new school.

Back in reality, Garrett couldn't really remember the name of the school. He leaned back in the seat and turned up his music. As he closed his eyes, he instantly started to fall asleep. Right before he fell asleep, he heard an announcement that they would be at Griggio Academy in an hour.
"Griggio.... That's the one." he yawned, then sleep poured over his eyeballs.

The slight jerk of the train stopping was what woke Garrett. He ruffled his hair a little and then got up, putting on his bright goldenrod jacket and getting his bag. When he stepped off his train, all he did was take a deep breath. The air was nice here. Better than in the city.
"Hm, this shouldn't be too bad at all, right Mawile?" he asked, not bothering to look at the Pokeball strapped to his belt.~

    Name: Simon Foxshadow

    Year: ~6th~

    Age: ~16~

    Gender: ~Male~

Gift: ~Able to pass through solid objects~

    Pokemon: ~Gengar~

Simons one and only friend since he was a child. He always loves making Simon laugh with funny faces or jokes.

Appearance: ~Will post my picture very soon~

RP Sample: ~Simon watched the landscape of Griggio slowly bob up and down as the boat made its way towards the shore. "Somewhere far far away!", thought Simon as looked down at a piece of paper for Griggio Acadamy in his hand. Simon mind began to wonder back to the incident that started it all.

"Where in the world is my dinner woman!" shouted his father as he smashed a nearby picture frame. "Honey you've been drinking again! You're not yourself! said his mother. "Dont you dare talk back to me woman!" said his dad as he began to choke his wife by her neck pushing her up against the wall.

Simon had just come downstairs when he heard the noise coming from the living room only to see her mom being choked against the wall her arms flailing as she struggled to escape her husbands grip. "Leave her alone Dad!" shouted Simon.

"Oh so you think your a tough guy now hmm! If you think your so tough why don't you fight me you little punk!" his dad said as he slowly stumbled towards his son. "I don't want to fight you dah..." his sentence was cut short by a strong right hook from his dad to his jaw sending Simon backwards onto the floor.

"Hah! I knew it! You're still a little punk who doesn't know his place in this family!" Simon quickly got up and raised his fists ready to defend himself. "Oh so you still want to fight? Well then how about i give you a free punch and even things up a bit." said his father as he leaned his head out towards Simon. Simon had enough and just wanted his father to go away forever and never hurt either him or his mother again. He closed his eyes and swung at his father with everything he had.

The sound of his mothers horrified screams made him open his eyes only to see that his hand was lodged deep inside his fathers skull. Horrified Simon jumped backwards freeing his hand as his father fell to the floor dead. "Dear God Simon! You killed him! Your a monster!" screamed his mother.

"Mom i didn't mean it i just punched him and i got stuck and..." Simons words were cut short by his mom screams. "Don't come near me! Your not my son! Go Away! Somewhere far far away!" She was right Simon had to get away. He had to run far away from here and fast. He quickly ran upstairs and filled his backpack with some clothes and grabbed his trusty pokeball as he bolted downstairs and out into the cold night air.

"Hey Kid! Were about to dock at Griggio. Make sure you have everything!" The voice of the ships captain brought him back to reality. As he stepped off the ship and onto the dock he took a deep breath of fresh air. "Ahh! Well looks like this is the right place. Time to get going!" he said as he started to make his way towards town.

    Name: Miranda Echo

    Year:Sixth

    Age: Sixteen

    Gender: Female

    Gift: Emotion Detecting/Healing

Personality- Miranda is typically an easygoing, fun-loving person, one who appears on the outside to be bubbly and outgoing at all times, but who is actually on the interior a shy, insecure person simply struggling to find the one being in life she can relate to, and who can understand and accept her for who she really is-which, by the way, she herself hasn't even figured out yet. She is an extremely kind-hearted person, one who is pleased easily, and who hands her trust out freely. This type of behavior has left her heartbroken in the past several times, and after a particularly gruesome incident, she hopes to flee to the one place with others like her, where she won't be ridiculed and scowled upon for her gift.

Pokemon: Umbreon-Umbreon appears to be completely opposite in nature from his trainer. He is constantly at her heels or scooped up in her arms, and for some reason, never seems to be inside his Pokeball. Umbreon is considered by most to be sinister, and silent in mannerisms, as he is constantly lurking either behind or near his trainer, never uttering a single word unless she is threatened or otherwise addressing him, and often acts as her guardian, somehow sensing things that others can't, and seeing things before they actually happen. Umbreon is Miranda's best friend, and the only being who has never betrayed her.

Appearance- Long, Golden hair which hangs just above a slender, thin waist, with a side part which, when she hangs her head low partially covers her bright Greyish-green eyes. When she smiles, her teeth are rarely ever revealed, and everytime she talks to someone she likes, her eyes light up brilliantly with a sparkle, and reveal far more than her words ever do. The outsit she wears nearly everyday is a pleated blue plaid mini-skirt, and a dressy white short-sleeved blouse, plain white except for a silver pair of angel wings at the top. Rather than a purse like most girls tend to carry about, Miranda wears on her back a somewhat childish backpack of a Teddiursa, rumored to be one of the Pokemon she was forced to leave behind on her journey in coming to Griggio. A tiny Chibi-looking Umbreon keychain dangles from the side.

    RP:

"Okay Umbreon, it's official." A girl who appeared to be young, still but a teenager muttered under her breath, so that only the bundle of black and yellow fur snuggled up within her arms could hear what she way saying.

"Bre?" The dog-like Pokemon questioned inquisitively, focusing his brilliant red eyes to stare up into her pale face curiously, his nose twitching a bit as his trainer stopped, and began to lean back against the wall of the train station.

"You trainer is a complete and total ditz! I mean I wait until the last minute to pack, then I completely forget about buying more Potions and Pokechow, and we get to the Pokemart, the place is packed as usual, then I end up at the Train Station half an hour later than i'd like to, and now we're lost!"

What Miranda didn't realize was that about halfway through her complaining ramble, her Umbreon had stopped listening to her, and instead had tuned his fine fox-like ears to the other passengers bustling busily about around them. People who looked like average every-day normal people, but who the Umbreon knew could very well be exceptional trainers like his own, on their way to the same school she was desperately hoping to get accepted into. Suddenly, something someone was saying caught his attention, and eagerly, he perked up to hear what they were saying.

"Really? You're going to Griggio too?" A boy who looked just a little bit older than Miranda was whispering excitedly in hushed tones to another boy, who was nodding a bit cockily.

"Yeah. And it wasn't that hard for me to get accepted either! It was like I sent my application in, and the School board was automatically impressed with my ability! They think I have a lot of potentional to become one of the top students in their academy.."

The two boys were just stepping into the open door of a car from a platform that was but a few feet from where the two stood, and the Umbreon let loose a small sigh of relief. Miranda was still desperately looking around, searching the area, as usual unable to notice what was right in front of her. Gently, the Umbreon latched his teeth upon the edge of his trainer's sleeve, and tugged, then nodded his head over to where the two other teenage boys were entering the car.

Instantly, a sigh of relief escaped Miranda, and gratefully, she hugged her Umbreon against her, bright eyes sparkling thankfully down into his own.

"Oh Ciel, what would I do without you?!" Miranda exclaimed, a blush coming over the Pokemon's cheeks as he looked down. As the final call for the passaengers was shouted, Miranda rushed quickly into the car and found a seat near the back, right next to the window. As the train slowly started off, her head begin to lean in towards the glass, her Umbreon sitting erect in her lap as he too gazed out the window, at the hometown they had both grown up in, for the final time. Slowly, Miranda ran a pale hand down Ciel's sleek, ebony fur, watching him with more sadness for him than for herself, as she understood the pain he was feeling at having to leave the others, their faithful teammate behind, yet unlike him, she understood what Griggio Academy promised them both- Acceptance, and perhaps Human companionship, both of which had been denied to Miranda her whole life.

Miranda gently began to close her eyes, closing them against the memories the very sight of her hometown brought to mind, but unable to fight off the ones that had been embedded in her being for so very long. She began shivering a little bit, and Ciel anxiously began licking at her arms, yet Miranda refused to open her eyes. What she was remembering was what had started her life of pain and ugly ridicule, isolation from others her age, and confinement alone in a room which prevented escape, up until this day.

A small pale child, looking to be no older than three years old, had been playing innocently in the Sandbox of a small park, beside others her own age, but not yet old enough to actually be playing with them. Her mother had brought her hear, and busily chattered away on a Cellphone sitting on a bench, not even noticing when something at the edge of the park caught the small girl's eye, and she toddled away to discover what it was. What the young girl saw was a brilliant bird of fire, laying limply in the grass. Her eyes lit up at the very sight of something so remarkable, and as with all pretty things, she just wanted to touch it. As she toddled nearer and nearer to the bird, she was, however, overcome with a powerful sense of despair. The despair was so great, she started crying, and nearly fell to the ground, but the bird kept drawing her nearer and nearer, and before she knew what was happening to her, a strange tingling had started in her hand, and it began to glow pink. A great cry arose from the pained animals, and the girl began to toddle faster and faster, being drawn to a specific part of the great fire bird's anatomy, it's wing, which was covered in a dark, oozing substance. With the bird's cry, the girl's mother glanced over, and what she saw would change both her life and her daughter's forever. As the tiny girl placed her hand over the wing, it became enveloped in a brilliant white light, and after but a few seconds, vanished, leaving the majestic bird completely and totally healed. With that, the girl stopped crying, and the great bird knelt forward, showering tears of gratitude upon the small child, giving her it's blessing and protection, and then taking to the sky, vanishing completely in only a matter of seconds, and leaving the young child to continue in her play. But it was too late. Her mother had seen, and being raised as a very strict and religious person, had already condemned her young daughter to her own hell: A lifetime of predjudice and solitude for being born exceptional.

Miranda opened her eyes to find Ciel watching her, and straigtened up to find that several hours had already passed. Did I fall asleep? Miranda wondered, rubbing at her head and casually beginning to look around. She stopped a blonde-haired woman in the aisle.

"How long to the Griggo Academy?" The blonde woman smiled then, placing a hand on the teen's shoulder.

    "We're here."

I'm sorry! I had problems posting it the first time, so I guess it counted as double when I tried the second time. Just ignore the double post. And also, i'm not sure if it's too late to submit applications, and if it is, sorry for posting.
