4th Gen Growlithe (holding Firestone if possible)

I have a soul silver and platinum but have no way of catching one. I have a couple of good pokemon to trade, please help.

you unfortunately won't be able to trade for that with 4th gen games. they shut down the nintendo wifi connection for ds and wii a few years ago. you can only trade with generations 6 and up now.
