    Grumpig [Thick Fat]

    Calm nature

    Special Attack: 252
    Special Defence: 252
    Speed: 6

    Calm Mind
    Psychic
    Shockwave
    Confuse Ray

    I decided his high Special Defence was just screaming to be maxed out. I also figured that what with Calm Mind (seemingly standard on most Psychics I'd say) he'd also need toughening up in the Special Attack department (90 base stat. Not legendary, but it'll do).

    Confuse Ray is just ace. I generally have it on any Pokemon that can learn it. It's just a shame Grumpig doesn't take after Gardevoir in being able to learn Thunderbolt. I settled for Shockwave anyway. Not sure whether it was the right choice but hey.

    Any changes I could make for the better? (EVs are already placed by the way. No altering I'm afraid)

    The thing's got like 301 HP and 166 defense... how does it survive? If it isn't meant to survive, its speed is kinda low for a blitz pokemon....

    Just my opinion, but I suck at RS.

    Yeah I see your point, but let's face it, bar legendaries, most monsters are going to have stats that completely suck without any EVs pumped into them. Even if I made him anything but an attacker, Shadow Ball will still own him. :\

    I guess technically Gardevoir is the better Psychic. No, scrap that, it is better. But y'know, Grumpig just rules. :cool:

    Well, not being a critic or anything, but a cuddly psycho piggy vs a psycho transexual looking thing ._.

    Grumpig is like... not that usable in serious gameplay. Even the special defense is not that high, unlike Gardevoir and Mr. Mime, and no sweeping speed like Alakazam too. It's just for "fun only" teams... just like poor poor Articuno... ;_;

    Well you know, the number of real-life folk I have to battle is equal to zero ;), and I never create 'favourite' teams on Netbattle. So this is in-game/Colosseum only.
