    RisingBadge
-Easily defeated Clair with Gengar's Ice Punch. Took down Kingdra with
Gengar's Shadow Ball (Two hits only).
-Got the Badge in Dragon's Den.

    All 8 badges
-Trekked the route south of Blackthorn and beat all the trainers there.
-Went back to New Bark Town, got the Master Ball.
    -Trained everyone a little bit

    Route 26/27 - Victory Road
-Got through Tohjo Falls and picked up the Moonstone. I used it on Nidorino and he evolved to Nidoking. (Finally)
-Got through the next two Routes easily.
-Entered Victory Road, got TM 26 Earthquake, taught it to Nidoking.
    -Defeated my Rival.

Indigo Plateau and the Elite 4
-Trained my party a little bit up to level 42-45 (varied levels).

    Will - Psychic
-His team went down easily with the help of Gengar, Beedrill, Crobat, and
    Nidoking.
    Koga - Poison/Bug
-Easiest of the Elite 4, defeated him with Crobat and Nidoking. (Forretress
was a pain since my team lacked a Fire type move, so I used Tentacruel's
    Surf.)
    Bruno - Fighting
-Defeated him with Crobat, Tentacruel, and Venomoth's Psybeam.
    Karen - Dark
-Defeated her with Gengar, Crobat, Beedrill, and Tentacruel.
    Lance - Dragon Master
-I was surprised how I easily defeated him. Gyarados - Nidoking's
Thunderpunch, Charizard with Tentacruel's Surf, Aerodactyl and 3
    Dragonites with Gengar' Ice Punch.

    Trip to Kanto

    Ill do fighting on Gold

But seeing how you can't really get any fighting types before Mt. Moatar can I wait till then till catch my pokes or do I have to do it before Ilex forest because the only ones you can get before ilex are Heracross and its his secondary type? I am fine fine with having a team of heracrosses but that really wouldn't be a fighting team :

I started a game/team despite not hearing back from anyone Ill post updates when I hear back :D

    GSC Monotype Challenge

Kind of a small update since I haven't had much time to play due to the holidays. I figured I'd add some details on my team right now, since this was a lame update. Spoiler tags are there just for people who don't feel like looking. :3

    12/26 Update #5

    - Continued training my team.
    - Made it to Olivine, battling everyone on the way.
    - Got the Strength HM from the sailor and saved at the Pokemon Center.

    Team so far:
    Spoiler:

Next, I'll be taking on the lighthouse, then moving on to face Chuck.

    Update 5: 12/27/08

    Kanto
-Beat all of the gym leaders.
-Trained my team up to Level 65 - 69. (Varied levels)

    Before Red
-Defeated the Elite 4 several times to get more money.
-Stocked up on Full Restores and Revives.

    Red Battle
This battle was very annoying. Pikachu wasn't a big of a deal. Espeon, on the other hand, was a pain. Gengar's Shadowball didn't KO Espeon, so Psychic killed me. I switched to Crobat and used Bite to finish Espeon off. Snorlax was next. I revived Gengar and switched to him. Gengar used Hypnosis on him and since I'm part Ghost type, Snore didn't hit me. I used the Dream Eater combo, but as soon Snorlax wakes up, he uses Rest. I did this combo until I ran out of Dream Eater's PP. I switched to Nidoking, who finished Snorlax off with a few EQ's. Blastoise was sent out, Nidoking's Thunderpunch fainted it after a couple of hits. Venusaur was just 3HKO'd with Venomoth's Psychic. Charizard was 3HKO'd with Tentacruel's Surf.

I wasted money on my Full Restores and Revives because I only used 2-3 of them?

Team is the same, except Scyther is lvl. 18 now and zubat is a golbat at level 24 now, expecting it to evolve to crobat around maybe 30?

I'm looking forward to Chuck, but right after that is 2 magnemites and a steelix :(

    GSC Monotype Challenge

This is going to be my only update until Monday or Tuesday, since I won't be home, and I won't have time to play while I'm away.

    12/27 Update #6
    - Battled to the top of the lighthouse, spoke to Jasmine, then Surfed over to Cianwood.
    - Picked up the SecretPotion.
    - Went up to the cape, saw Suicune, battled Eusine.
    - Teddiursa evolved into Ursaring.
    - Taught Strength to my Tauros, then went to the Gym.
    - Had surprisingly little trouble with the fighting types, though Fearow did get knocked out a time or two with critical hits.
    - Got the Fly HM from Chuck's wife and taught it to my Fearow, flew back to Olivine.
    - Walked up to the top of the lighthouse again, cured Amphy.
    - Restocked on some potions and things, then went to take on Jasmine.
    - Took down her two Magnemite with Ursaring's Fire Punch.
    - Steelix was as much trouble as I figured it would be. I was unlucky and kept getting hit with Iron Tail, and then she used a Hyper Potion. x-x
    - Finally took it down after Furret used Surf a few times, then Stantler landed a Hypnosis and a critical hit with Stomp.
    - Got the Good Rod.
    - Surfed around and caught a Tentacool. Level 22 Male (Whirlpool/Waterfall Slave for later).
    - Flew back to Ecruteak, then started towards Mahogany Town, beating the trainers along the way.
    - Made it to Mahogany, then went up to Rt. 43 to train a bit.
    - Ran into Entei again. ( ._. I'm being stalked.)
    - Meowth evolved into Persian.
    - Back-tracked to Mahogany and saved at the Pokemon Center.
