[Graphics] GSC Sprite Editing Tool?

    I've been looking all over the Internet for a tool that lets me edit the sprites of the Pokémon and trainers in Pokémon gold, silver, or crystal. I found two, and one "AgiXP" gives me an error when I launch it, something like "&H8007007E," and the other one is a decompression program to decompress the graphics data, so I can edit it in YY-CHR, but that one tells me "Could not open file for reading" or something like that. Is there any way to fix either of these, or is there another program that I don't know about that lets me edit sprites from Pokémon Gold, Silver, or Crystal?
