    Have y'all seen the crazy trades people are trying to conduct?


    I went there once, and saw someone wanted a lv100 Deoxys for their (probably hacked) lv 1 Monferno.

    So yeah, tell us about crazy stuff you saw in the GTS.
     
    I have stopped using the GTS altogether. Some of the people there want way to much. I find it is much easier to use the trade corner here.
     
    Did you ever stop to consider that the crazy trades might be people that are trying the GTS cloning glitch? Sure, there are going to be a few crazy people out there that just want to abuse others' needs to get more locations in their Geonet (or just like to hack, like with that "Mew/Torterra"), but I'll bet that isn't all of them.

    That is just sad. The GTS is really one of the best tools at a trainer's disposal now...
     
    In no way do I support the crazy trades, but as long as they are actually being fullfilled and successfully done, no one is going to stop doing them.
     
    i dont know.. GTS makes stuff really easy.. it's a good thing you at least have to see a pokemon before being able to search/ask for it.. i got pokerus and shiny pokemon just by luck there (for some elekid i won't use), so it's nice stuff.. but a bit too much perhaps.. also a bit too unpersonal, would be nice if you could put your email adress or something in mail that you attach to your pokemon (you used to be able to write anything in it right?)
     
    Going off-topic here, but no, in previous games you could only choose words from the pre-set vocabulary list.
     
    crazy, crazy people. the GTS is the best thing to happen to Pokémon. you are no longer limited to your circle of friends, but instead have the entire world available! muah ha ha ha ha! yeah.... but i love the GTS. when i started the game it made it easier to choose which starter to play with because i ended up with all three. i now have a Lv.68 Infernape, a Lv.70 Torterra (which i started with), and a Lv.73 Empoleon. all three are very good Pokémon, don't you think?
     
    I think it'd be a LOT better if you had more than seven potential Pokémon trades, that way you'd get to see more than just the people looking for legendaries for every single Pokémon and get to the actual fair trades.

    I'm sick of using the GTS. Even though there is a cloning cheat, there are still way too many people out there using it. You can't disagree with that. I was looking for a Glameow cause I didn't feel like looking for it myself. When I went up and looked for a trade parter, though, I saw nothing but people wanting legendaries.

    It's crap, and I know that they have a right to, but it's just way too much for the people who just want their frickin pokemon to have to go thorough.

    I'll admit that the number of people on the GTS asking for unfair trades is a bit high, even with the existence of the cloning glitch. That's why you should mostly put up Pokemon. It's a much more reliable way of getting the trades you want (I can average out to one trade every 1-2 hours just that way).
     
    I haven't used GTS in awhile, but when I was using it I got all 3 Starters, Alakazam, Golem, and Palkia. All which were easy trades, and for those people with un-fair/cloning glitch trades, I just clone my Dialga and Palkia then trade the clones for what I want.

    In GSC you could write whatever you wanted in the mail. They introduced the pre-set list in the advanced gen.

    Its probably a lot of little kids on the GTS trying to trade their Starly's for level 100 Palkia's...

    LMFAO!!! lol, thats true. But why do people like to scam people in trading them pokemon. Its just a game. Ur life doesnt depend on it. Seriously... I hate scammers...And cheaters in games such as this one.
