Guess That Pokemon !!

I thought it was solrock but then it said

and then I thought it was talking about the attack glare.
 
No, I can see where you're going with Arbok, but no, that's not quite what I meant.

Clue 2: This pokemon exists in R/B/Y and is also wild in Gold/Silver/Crystal. They also appear in only one place in each series of games.
 
I have no idea Im out of ideas Arbok was the only thing I had. A type would really help. :D

Maybe the type? Just a suggestion...

Let's see, what has toxic spikes? Usually a poison type. So, let's guess at Beedrill.
 
You post a clue after each guess, you should know.

Ok This pokemon can be found in r/b/y g/s/c and i think they are in r/s not sure though.
 
Let me see... Tentacruel? They are evolved after all...
