None of you are right!

Clue 4: No episode has showed a battle with the Pokemon that I'm thinking about against it enemy!! OMG!! This has got to give it away!!!

Clue 3: It can't be found in Hoenn.

Clue 5: If you watch Pokemon, this Pokemon has been shown iin two episode and one movie! This is so simple!

EDIT: This one is so easy........
Hint:It is rare and in the RS pokedex, it eats Microscopic Organisims.
