3rd Gen Gyarados is the most overrated pokemon ever.

Indeed, Gyarados does have collossal attack power. But this pokemon can only learn a very few half-decent physical attacks. On top of that, his Special attack is below average. And lastly, he should be water and dragon.

I really wish the makers of the game would sacrifice some of his attack power.
