    What is the standard Taunt/Bulkydos EV spread?

    Should I shoot for higher IV's?

    HP=Higher Everything else is fine. XD.
     
    You sure? 23 ATK seems a bit low...is it good?

    My Gyarados has these.

    HP 30-31

    ATT 30-31

    DEF 15-19

    SP.ATT 10-14

    SP.DEF 20-24

    SPEED 30-31



    Only if mine had your defense and special defense XD, i say we breed them both together, then we would have one pwnage Gyarados lol


    Anyways it needs more Hp, maybe a little more attack, but everything else on it is fine though.

    Standard Bulky Gyarados EV spread is : 214 HP / 16 ATTACK / 180 DEFENSE / 100 SPEED

    Well he would be OHKo'd easier. Not a good thing. HP would be kinda nice to have on G-Dos. The attack doesn't seem too low to me. But you could strive for 29-31. XD.

    Well with the EV spread 214 HP / 16 ATTACK / 180 DEFENSE / 100 SPEED, its meant to switch into Heracross and Garchomp, and take as little damage as possible.

    well yours will have around 353-354 HP at level 100, its max is 384, so its your call.

    I like having max attack and speed, though. It maxes his Sweeping cabilities. XD.

    Although i can breed you a Magikarp with pwnage Ivs if you want lol

    It shouldnt be too hard passing on mines Ivs and i have a flawless Att and Speed Ditto

    Oh, that'll be great! The nature doesn't matter, I have an Adamant Ditto.

    You could always put return on it , Jimmyray ftw XD


    Only problem is that with max att and max speed EVS, it can no longer switch into Garchomp and Heracross etc.




    EDIT : Ok sims ill start the breding straight away, it takes what 250 steps for Magikarp eggs to hatch lol ??

    Well, my Gyarados has max SP.DEF, and is female...
     
    Actually sims i dont need to breed for you i have a male Gyarados with flawless attack Ivs which i found in my box, and i know it has no Ivs below 20. However this one is partially ev trained, i was going to Choice Scarf it but gave up lol

    EDIT : PM me if ya want it, although it doesnt know taunt

    Magikarp 1(FEMALE)
    HP:21
    ATK:31
    DEF:10
    SP.ATK:X
    SP.DEF:31
    SPD:24

    Magikarp 2 (MALE)
    HP:24
    ATK:24
    DEF:19
    SP.ATK:X
    SP.DEF:30
    SPD:28

    Which should I use? The first seems tempting, but she will fall a bit easier to Stone Edge. Then there #2, noticably inferior ATK, but better elsewhere.

    It should be told I wanted a female Gyarados, but I'll be flexible.
     
    So is 2 usable, or just better than 1?
     
    Is bulkydos & Tauntdos the same thing?
     
    My Gyarados goes


    HP - 31
    ATK - 31
    DEF - 9 (Intimidate)
    SPD - 31
    SAK - 29
    SDF - 28

    It's one of my spectacular breeds, in Emerald :P (Next to Gengar who wins because of HP Ice)

    It needs to have a very defensive IV setup, mine lacks what Intimidate covers, but.. YOU NEED MORE HP!
