    Hi everyone, I am incredibly new at hacking ... in fact, I completely suck. I have made a thread about this project on the Rom Hacking Scrapbox section. If you need a link, look at my sig.

    We shall hack R/S/E or FR/LG games.

    So, I pretty much have everything planned out and ready to go. I just need a team who can work together, and along with me so that we could make the BEST GAME EVER. SO...!

    I realized that my initial ideas of having advance scripting isn't going to work. So I pretty much came to the conclusion that the storyline is pretty much going to be the same as FR/LG or R/S/E.

    Here's what I got so far for a storyline.

    The character has just finished graduating from Gym Leading Academie, and is about to go on his/her own quest to become the greatest gym leader. Travelling from city to city, battling current Gym Leaders, the player must get an approval from all 8 in the region. Each leader teachers the player a bit about the business. Then, for the exam must beat the E4. After everything is finished, the player travels back to his/her hometown and realized that the old abandoned building has been re-done to become a fully working gym. It is now yours. Congrats.

    The End?

    Who am I looking for?

    Everyone, including Mappers, Spriters, Idea Planners, Whatever you got.

    Just comment below, and make sure to include what job you would like and some of your work.

    I have all ideas, concepts, Gym Leaders, Trainers, Levels, Pokemon used, Routes, Cities, Monuments, etc. all down pat. I just need it in a game form!

    I;m an OW spriter and I'd like to help for my proof check the team cardinal sin thread and see my post i'm in 4 groups already and i'm making a hack but my battle spriter is busy so let me help and i am a mapper too it's all in that post:)

    I can only accept you on my team if you:

    a) Promise to be active, and not ditch the project.
    b) list what job you like to do most.
    c) Critisize any ideas of mine. Always trying to make it better!

    Hey, Fenix just wondering can you do other stuff as well? If not, I'm content with idea planner. You and me would have to work on routes, city layouts, events, bios, strategies, trainers, pokemon, dialogue etc. It is a lot of work!

    I'm a mapper too it's in the team re-made thing well i think so i have an idea for a cool hack and for the academy anything but west academy cuz foullump already did that

    That's exactly what I need. I want to ask you a question.

    Ok, so in GLC, you fight Champion Celina and win. Upset, she doesn't accept the defeat and automatically challeneges you yet again with a strong pokemon (Porygon2).

    So the champion actually challenges you with 7 pokemon instead of 6. Do you like the idea? Do you think that before the battle your pokemon shall be healed or go right into it?
     
    you guys should try something no one in this site ever didi in a hack like a fire brigade trainer or an astronaut trainer like those trainer

    gr8 idea! they would never expect that! i think that you should not heal to make it more challenging. or maybe pick one of your pokemon to fight it instead of whats left of ur team.

    I would like to get started, when I have a basic team that can cover the essentials of pokemon hacking.

    I have no dates as of yet. I will be sending you some info that I have about this project.
