[Sword & Shield] Gym leaders and some moves glitched?

I have had quite a few encounters with pokemon on gym leaders teams that are the same level or under the level of my pokemon that use effective moves that one shot literally every time such as Gordie his first pokemon can 1 shot with just a regular move and it seems it can 1 shot literally any typing its annoying when these gym leaders are able to just activate 1 shot cheats and I believe this needs to be balanced quickly because its going to break the game.

Your Pokemon probably just need more training; I never had problems with this.

did you not read what I said? I said my pokemon were the same level as the gym leaders they just turn on their 1 shot cheats lmao no way to stop it. No regular effective moves are supposed to 1 shot unless they are special legendary 5 use moves or something with high damage, even then those dont always 1 shot.
