Hi guys! I was trying to decide on a moveset for some of my pokes and came across the move GYRO BALL.
Now, serebii.net says "the moves depend on the FOE'S SPEED", then bulbapedia and another site say "the slower the USER'S SPEED, the more powerful the attack."
Which one do I go by? Has anyone used this move before?

It actually depends on both. The formula for the move's power is 1 + floor(25 * Opponent's Speed / Your Speed), "floor" meaning to round down, and that it maxes out at 150 power. Keep in mind that it is based on the Pokemon's actual speed stat and not its base speed stat.

    Does this help?
